Parcels will be shipped via Canada Post & tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch. You can track the delivery of your item at the Canada Post website
If your item is lost while being shipped, it is up the customer to file a claim with Canada Post. Claims may take a few weeks to process. However, we will do our best to provide you with any further information you may need - do not hesitate to get in contact with us!
